  • Viking Pallet uses computerized automation to manufacture and assemble pallets. The process is
    divided into two parts. Lumber remanufacturing and pallet assembly. We have a three-part saw
    system and an automated pallet assembly process.

  • We are ISPM15 Heat Treat Certified.
  • We transition from custom design to
    manufacturing in just 5 - 7 days from initial
    approval.

  • We use a Kiln Direct computer-controlled system. The kiln has a capacity of 600 pallets every 4 to 6 hours. Our Certified HT symbol is branded, stenciled or hand-stamped on each heat treated pallet.
